Here you will find information on the wider estates function & team, details of how to access your Academies estates helpdesk to log any issues you may come across that will help us keep our school safe and secure and information on our commitment to reduce our impact on the environment locally and nationally.

Your estates team
The team delivers a safe, secure and sustainable learning environment for all stakeholders that extends to the local community, whilst maintaining, developing and enhancing our academies’ facilities. Our local and national operations consider and reduce our impact on the environment. We exceed our statutory and compliance obligations and by working closely with our academies we deliver best practise in health, safety and estates operations.
Working across all academies, the estates team support each other to deliver local projects, utilising their skills, knowledge and experience and developing new aptitudes. We adapt to individual academy needs through local, regional and national monitoring; assessing, auditing and engaging with stakeholders to develop long term Academy Estates Development Plans, combined with planned maintenance regimes and responding to reactive maintenance requests. This delivers an estates operational strategy for the individual academy and the Trust’s present and future needs.
A separate Health and Safety section of the intranet (Health & Safety) includes key information for all staff.

Every Help Desk
To help us provide you with the best possible service and response, all requests and issues must be logged on the Estates helpdesk. This includes setting up rooms for exams, support for open evenings, broken windows etc. In essence any task or issue where you require the Estates Teams support or action.

Health, Safety and Environment Network
Overseen by the Director of Estates, the Health, Safety and Environment Network engages across the trust to contribute to the development of health, safety and environment aspects of the Trust’s work.
